The Xenia Barista Curriculum

Our certification program is comprehensive and hands-on. Foundational training covers coffee history and culture, bean varieties and processing methods, tasting and cupping techniques, and flavor profiles and terminology. Technical mastery includes espresso fundamentals (dosing, tamping, extraction), milk science and texturing, latte art techniques (hearts, rosettas, tulips), alternative brewing methods, and equipment care and cleaning.
